I just wanted to say thanks for all you've done for our kids with their braces over the past several years. Of course we did not wish to have our kids in braces, but you have made it a much more pleasant experience. You told us up front what to expect in terms of treatment and evaluated each child differently. Your reasonable prices, and lighthearted demeanor made it easy to sign up with you, and to continue with you. Most importantly, we really appreciate how you take the time to explain what you are doing, and for what reason.

You also did a great job in selecting super friendly staff. The technicians are good at explaining what is being done, and are sensitive to the child's comfort level. The receptionist is easy to work with in scheduling appointments, and making payments. With one child out of braces, one in the middle of braces, and the third child yet to begin, we feel we made the right choice in selecting an orthodontist!
